These are evidence of Location Contracts. I have completed these permissions in this manner as I have family relations with these location owners and I thought that it would be sophisticated and proffesional to create a contact for them to sign. With this, I can keep it as a referral document, whereas with emails/letters, I might not be clear on my permission rights as it will take time to receive a reply. My final production will be impacted by this because, the contracts are incredibly clear. Therefore, I will be a lot more organised when it comes to the filming process. Compared to industry standard contracts, I would say that my contracts are not as detailed because I am producing a short film, as opposed to a Hollywood film production.
