Call Sheets

This is evidence of my Call Sheets. I have completed them in this manner to clearly display the accurate dates and times that I would like each of my cast and crew to be available for. My final production will be impacted from these documents because, as I have said previously, the filming process will be made more efficient and organised because again (like with my location release forms) I have made multiple call sheets that are specific to each cast/crew member. Compared to industry standard call sheets, I would say that I have mine at a high-standard because I am very precise and accurate with the production arrangements and show professionalism within my display.

Shot List

These documents are evidence of my Shot List. I have completed them in this manner because I believe that it shows the clearest view of each shot in order. It gives simple descriptions of each shot that will help me to visualise them. My final production will be massively impacted by this Shot List because, it will help me to stick to the time that I have in each location and keep me organised throughout the filming process. Compared to industry standard shot lists, I would say that mine is at a high and professional standard because I show a clear and detailed visualisation of each shot, that I will take when filming.

Cast Release Forms

I completed some Cast/Crew Release Forms as a legal documentation that will allow me to film my cast and crew. I completed them in this manner to clearly state to each person what they are signing up to do and who they will be working with. My final production will impact from these forms as again, I will be taking no risks when it comes to legal and ethical factors and therefore have a more efficient filming process. Compared to industry standard release forms, I would say that because I have a smaller cast and crew, I have allowed specific location information to each member rather than a general overview which I believe will help in process and keep everything accurate and organised.

Cast/Crew Contact Details

Once I had decided on my cast/crew, I added their contact details to the chart that I previously created. I believe that this format gave the most efficient result as it is simple and accurate. Compared to industry standard documents, I feel as though this document is at a high-standard because each member of my production team is stated clearly and accurately. However, I know that I have a small cast/crew, compared to industry standard production with, main actors, extras and the technology operators, this task may be quite complicated to complete accurately.

Cast and Crew List 1

I completed a Cast/Crew List in a simple form to initially identify who my cast will be. I spent some time moving the names around to end with a perfect cast and crew. The next step is to add the contact details to these lists. My final production will impact from this simple document as I have chosen my cast and crew with knowledge to their performance and technical abilities to have the best possible version of my short film when I have finished.

Risk Assessment

This is evidence of my Risk Assessment. I have completed this document in this manner as I believe that this way is the clearest way to visualise the potential risks that may occur whilst filming. My final production will be impacted massively from this documentation because I will have a clear understanding of any risks and I will immediately be able to mitigate these, if they were to happen. My Risk Assessment is quite minimal compared to an industry standard example because again, I am producing a small-scale production instead of a large-scale movie. Therefore, I don't have as many risks to assess as a Hollywood producer would have for example.

Location Recces

I completed my Location Recces in this manner because it helped me to visualise each location and, I believe that the information on the documents is very clear. My final production will be affected by these documents because I have assessed my locations clearly and will know the specific information for each location when it comes to the filming process. Within these documents, I have shown the professionalism and detail that a industry standard Location Recce would contain.

Location Plan (updated)

Whilst working on my Location Recces, I decided to discard some of my locations for my production. This is because I felt as if I could convey emotion just as well in the locations that I have left myself with. This will impact my final production as I have thought carefully about the locations that I want to use and from this, I will become more efficient when filming.

Location Permissions

These documents are evidence of my other permissions. I have completed them in the format of an email as, although it might take time to receive a reply, it was the quickest and most efficient way to complete these permissions in a detailed and sophisticated manner. My final production will be impacted from these permissions as by going through the professional process of seeing permission, I am instantly minimising the risks that may occur when filming. Compared to industry standard permissions, again, I would say that my permissions are a lot shorter because I am producing a short film. Therefore, I don't need the amount of detail that perhaps a Hollywood production producer may put into this part of the pre-production process.
