Storyboard (final draft)

This is my finalised storyboard. I have completed my storyboard in this manner because I could include all the significant elements of a high standard storyboard. For example, I have included:
  1. Sketches
  2. Shot Numbers
  3. Shot Types
  4. Transitions
  5. Audio
  6. Descriptions
  7. Duration
This will impact my final production as I can use this documentation as a basis for the whole short film. Additionally, the detail will make the filming process a lot quicker as from the storyboard, I can see the exact way that I want to capture my recordings. Compared to industry standard storyboards, now that I have a finalised idea, I believe that mine is now at a high standard but, arguably not as high standard as a industry style because I don't need the amount of detail for my short film that a
high-cost film would need because mine is a small-scale production.

Storyboard (second draft)

This is the second draft of my storyboard. I have completed the documentation in this manner as I could visualise and expand my ideas for my short film. With this, I have put (where necessary) the ideas that I have for audio and shot types. My final production will be impacted from this documentation as again, I can expand on my ideas and move the sticky notes where I decide before having a finalised idea. Compared to industry standard storyboards, again, it is clear to see that this is still quite basic and therefore not at a high standard yet. However, having completed my second draft, I feel like I have a finalised idea of how I want my short film to look and I will now go on to add plenty of detail to my final documentation.
