Production Schedule (final update)

This documentation is evidence of my final production schedule. It shows that my pre-production tasks are completed and in the time that I planned when I commenced my pre-production work. I believe that this documentation will massively impact my final production because, it has kept me organised and professional with completing the pre-production process overall.

Props/Costume/Makeup

This documentation is a standard plan of my ideas surrounding props, costume and makeup. By completing this task, I have kept my ideas organised in a professional manner and therefore,  this can impact my final production by sticking close to my budget in this element of pre-production and pursuing these ideas when in comes to the filming process of the film production.

Sourcing Sound/Music (copyright free)

This documentation is a research task to explore the legal limitations of non-copyright free music and sound effects. After researching the laws surrounding this, I produced a table containing the (copyright free) sound effects and music that I will use in my film production, as well as where in my film I am planning to input them. I have completed this documentation in this manner as it will remind me of my ideas when it comes to the post-production stage of the film production. I have dowloaded these sounds and from this task, I will be refreshed on the specific aspects that I would like to pursue during my post-production work and therefore, have an impact on my final production using these planning and organising skills in a professional manner.

Production Schedule (updated)

This is an updated version of my production schedule. I have completed an extra week and have checked over my other pre-production work. I have referred back to this to keep myself organised and professional.

Contingency Plan

This documentation is evidence of a contingency plan. I have completed it in the format of a flow chart because I found that this way, it gave me a visual representation of what I need to be thinking about during the film ing process. If for any reason there were issues whilst filming, I can look at this to stay organised and reassured in the most professional way possible. My final production will massively impact from this documentation because without it, I may find myself struggling during the filming process. Compared to industry standard contingency plans, I would say that mine is quite unique with a good amount of detail.
